OT - Ouch! says Diana

Mine even has a 'horn' that beeps and a back up 'noise' and goes at different speeds and I do NOT have to fill it with gas and I get escorted to the car and they unload my groceries, even when the guys are with me : ) Got the bestest all around on days I'm up to grocery shopping....

Butterfly (course wearing Das Boot helps --so far it's the only 'good' thing about wearing that thing : )

Heh, heh, heh, ladies (and gents too, of course). . .

Allow me to play enabler. :-)

Just how much do y'all like them there horses? If I post "send me all your fat quarters or the Dala Horse gets it," how many FQs would I receive? Would the number increase if I included a link to a pic of me threatening the aforementioned Dala Horse with a rotary cutter? :-)

Seriously, I would be happy to swap Dala horses for FQs any day!!! Just mail me!

No, but my son used to crack his riding instructor up, when he was making car noises and shifting gear noises when riding and changing gaits. Walk, trot, gallop, room room ahroom!

Sorry, I don't carve the little wooden horseys myself. Between making Art Quilts and clothing and delivering advertising circulars and looking for a "real job" kind of job, I'm just not up to wood-carving!

Yea, and I don't use one of those special shopping carts. I use the regular ones. I also make the tire urrrrrrrr noise when I do curves getting off the highway. When dd's not in the car, I let my tires do the urrrrrrrrrr noise!

But if you have kids in the race car ones, you can blame all the crashes on them. ;-)

LOL. Aren't those carts heavy? DD who is 8 yrs old would love to be in one of those I can't imagine being able to steer one without crashing. I tried to push one without dd in it and it was not easy and you have two munchkins. So dd hops in the basket and off we go with all the noise effects.

Yes, it's like driving a winnebago! But when you have 2 small ones, it really does make shopping easier. And they are such good helpers, I often take them with me even when I could leave them home with their older sister. Ok, I confess. I like their company!

I get a good workout when we are done - I push the full cart as fast as we can go out to the car - and I always park near the end of a row. I unload the groceries, and push them as fast as I can back up the hill to the store. They think it's great fun, and I get my blood pumping a bit! The other customers look at me funny, but I'm used to that. ;-)

Miss Fussy Rose, who is a tall 8 yo, is a bit cramped in the cart, but when I have her and 1 twin (a combo I'm not used to even tho it happens frequently), we still take the race car.
