I made dill pickles last weekend from a recipe I got here. The amounts of cucumbers, dill, garlic, etc. were not specified, only the brine recipe. So, I made pickles w/ 4 or 5 cloves of garlic in each jar. Needless to say, these are some very garlicky pickles! But, I think they will be good once they're cold. (I ate one this morning room temperature.)
