My grandson, Baby David, (named for my DH) has developed some kind of uncontrollable vomitting. His mommy and he are on their way to the ER as I type, while my DS keeps Miss Puss (DGD) at home. Hopefully, it is some kind of transient problem, and he will be fine, but it scares me to death. Please, good thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

Prayers and good thoughts already on the way, Terri. Please don't be afraid. I was a world-class vomiter as a baby. And my oldest son scared the daylights out of me so many times as a very little guy. Once he continued to throw up after they'd drugged him so he couldn't stay awake. It was very scary. But transitory.
Prayers, not worry. And we will all hold Baby David close and pray that the problem is something that will be quickly over and done with.

My son went thru something like this and it came down to that he was alergic to the fat in milk, even my breast milk. He went on 2% and was fine. This probably isn't the case for you but thought I'd add this note. The doctors never did find out what was wrong with him....I had to figure it out myself and it was the high fat content.
