these could be made up quickly on xmas eve, put into the fridge to rise overnight, then baked fresh on xmas morning. loooovely with fresh brewed coffee. shame its summer here, not pumpkin season and we dont have pumpkin in cans. oh well. next year, maybe on easter, perfect timing. j.
