Now most of us can face the thought of eating again (and we have no more leftovers :-) )I thought I'd post links to the two instructables DH wrote up on parts of our Christmas dinner:

Roast Lamb with garlic & rosemary Roast Gammon - cold & sliced Roast potatoes Roast parnsips Carrots Brussels Sprouts (except for DD who cannot stand them) Mint sauce Bread sauce Gravy - made with the pan juices from the roast lamb
Crackers - not eaten, but pulled and corny jokes shared - so bad they are almost good!
to be honest, dessert was served several hours after the main course as we were all too full to consider it immediately.
