on craigs list i found a lightly used 2020...for 625. owner unwilling to negotiate on price....but what do y'all think? good price? she told me she bought it and never really used it-more comfortable with her old machine.

Looked online, somebody on one of the forums paid $1000 for one on sale (about half price) in 2002. So maybe 625 isn't so bad. Are there shipping charges? Roberta in D

Just called -- they still have it and because I shop there regularly (and they are Janome dealers) -- they said they would give it to me for $225.
I could get it tomorrow -- and have it to UPS within 24 hours

This is a reputable shop and I can test it out before hand to make sure it runs...
