your choice or both. this is from a 3*** michelin chef. only calories from chocolate, nothing else. looks to be a brilliant recipe/method for sure. i must find some high quality choclate at the shops and try this out. its chocolate, can it possibly be anything but good to eat? please report back on the results from anyone who has chocolate at hand and tries it out. sure looks delicious, eh. j.

Boy do I hear you there, Jeanne. Sounds like my household.... just need somebody to celebrate with once in a while, and get excited about stuff.

Read about the process in a book on the history of chocolate. I read the book to 4th graders. Putting in the cream makes milk chocolate. Sorry, all copies of that book are in my cabinet at school or I'd give you more info. I don't know who said you can't mix water with chocolate since historically that's one of the ways it was first prepared. Sugar was added only when the concoction got to Europe.
