nope - in my opinion everyone's 1st, 5th and 10th quilt should be for "me" after all you need to make sure your quilts are warm and snugly enough ;-)
and by making it for *me* you can make it any way you want :-D

Howdy!
Got a spare room?
You're temps are too warm right now (for me) but surely your summer heat breaks sooner than ours (October). Handquilting means I "pack light" and travel quickly.
Cheers! Ragmop/Sandy --turned away a chance to go on vacation in August in the U.S.; coming back to FW/D is a drag, walking outside into this excruciating heat (104*F yesterday)
Sorry, no spare room - however visitors usually get the livingroom which provides the only TV in the flat and also less road noice :-)
And yes, it is too hot here... Even had to give up piecing much, as it is too hot to have the iron on :-) Mid-90s here (apparently, I just think it is "too hot").

THAT is a cop-out if I ever heard one! Bet every FLORIST in your town would NOT have a problem delivering CHOCOLATE to your door...with or without flowers. (We did when I worked at a Floral Shop--but that was in the pre-historic ages so who knows now what they will or won't do. Even had one deliver a LIVE Goldfish to my Aunt after she was in a fender bender...so CHOCOLATE should be easy peasy--(((she was a techer at the time and was having a rough day teching--she was pretty sore--Principal had it delivered to her classroom--and it turned into a 'lesson for the day'--kids had to 'learn everything they could' on Goldfish :))))
Rereading my posts, I do not see where I said it HAD to be delivered by a mail carrier.......
Chicken? I love chicken as long as I do NOT have to eat it every day........and as long as it is WELL DONE.
Butterfly (refusing chocolate--well, I never thought I'd see the day--even
*I* would accept chocolate--course my fellas wouldn't have any trouble caring for it for me :)Tol you she was 'slippin'. SHE needs the practice, doesn't she.
Butterly (content to just sit back and watch for now)
