I need to locate some fabric (that will teach me to read right to the BOTTOM of instructions!). It's called Morris Seasons, by Fabric Freedom and looks like this:

Ideally, I need about 4yds, but could probably make do with about a yard.I am doing Eleanor Burns' Boston Common, and I read about all the sqare fabrics and have easily enough. Then a long way down amidst the small print it says these amounts don' include the inner border. Blast! I've started it to a point I can't back track. I can get around it (will have to) if I really must, but I had set my heart (and colour scheme) on this particular fabric.
Any suggestions gratefully received. If anyone has some and is willing to trade, I am very happy to do the necessary.
