The Annual Reckoning

True confession here:

I have the 10-year statistics in a nice spreadsheet but I couldn't figure out how to import that into a blog post. Suffice it to say that with the fabric I have in my stash and averaging my annual use (1998-2007), if I don't buy another scrap I have enough to last me for 12 years.

Larisa, who wants to feel better about the amount of stash accumulated in the tiny sewing room....some for clothing, some for quilts, and lately, some for business works

I have a hugh quilting room. I don't want to even think of about how many year's of fabric I have accumulated. Some still in the packages from the stores I purchased them. I am begging my son Eric to move my quilting frame upstairs today so I can finish grandson Jesse's blue star quilt and then I'll put the red star quilt on. Need the frame where I can also watch 20 DVDs of All Creatures Great and Small.

Nann, we're really cold here in upper ND and Minn.

I look forward to reading about all the fabric you have purchased and used! It always reminds me that I should be sewing and using up more fabric than I do! Barbara in FL
