Tote Bag Finished!!

I went to my LQS Friday for our BOM and saw a pattern for a tote bag by Lazy Girl's Designs. Bought the fabric and started it Friday PM and finished it last night. Here are some pics if you'd like to see it.

Absolutely darling. I just love making purses and tote bags. I hadn't seen that pattern as yet.

You got the Summer bag!! I want that pattern but have yet to find it locally. Aren't her patterns great? Very easy to follow and put together. Debi (really needs to order that pattern soon...)

I'm zipper-phobic too Ginger, but the way Joan writes her patterns, it really is painless. I love her patterns! (Can you tell?) Debi

Ooh - that's rather swish, innit! :) Is it a great cavernous hole in the middle, or are there more pockets?

I love bags, and have made many. I'm about to start a new bag adventure, with a Vogue pattern I fell in love with. It suits my criteria: big enough for half a set of school exercise books and a spare pair of knickers! Vogue 8215, view A.

The Lazy Girl patterns have excellent instructions for zippers. Give it a try! I don't do zippers or button holes either, and I can do theirs.

That arm does look rather masculine. Would be interesting to see what it's attached to. :-D
