What is inspiring you visually right now?

Doc, you're being a bad dog dad. Puppies shouldn't even be able to find purple and lime things! Now, buck up and think of all the hand quilting or embellishment you can do in those sleepless hours. And why are you so sleepless? Surely Fudge can't still be howling through the night. Pups usually take to crate training quickly.

That's because like me, Jeanne is a fabricoholic. I collect fabrics because they're pretty, and then imagine their potential. :-)

isnt that what you're supposed to do? collect all the pretty fabrics you see and want. then fondle them whenever you want to. make designs in your head then get a good nights sleep. theres something else to do with them? go figure. j.

I only have a couple smaller baskets that I use to hold my scraps. The smallest ones go into one basket, and the larger pieces into the other. I'll have to start looking around -- thanks for the suggestion.

Not quilt nurons at the mo... But spiders and jellyfish and steel rods and sixty metres of white nylon Lycra swimsuit fabric! And pink champaigne...

I sure hope so, because most of the time all I do is collect fabrics. It seems like I never get much actual quilting done.

LOL! In my stash, there are several fabrics that I'm sure are just too pretty to cut. By deciding what to do with them, I would limit their potential. Guess they are dreaming fabrics.
