Who is making a Frugal Patch?

I know one of us is, but can't remember who. I made one. But obviously when I was cutting I don't know when to stop because I have approximately one zillion of those teeny rectangles left I'd be glad to send you. They're batik. Email me at sriddles at aol dot com

I don't need your extras but was just wondering what is the Frugal Patch? Sounds like a good scrap quilt.

Where, Mary? Didn't see it under 'frugal' or 'patch'. I probably need to go back and review the alphabet but couldn't find it by myself. Polly

It doesn't make any sense but I found it listed as "The Frugal Patch" under "T". Go Figure.

Thank you, Diana. I don't know why that didn't cross my mind; I must have brain damage from so much appliqué. Yes. That's a fact. Polly

Hi Susan -- just now saw your post. As the other ladies here have said, it's a block I found on Quilter's Cache. It really is a wonderful pattern if you've got lots of tiny scraps. A real stash-buster. It would be a snap for you, but I found it a little difficult to keep things "lined up" and keep from losing my points on the squares. There are so very many seams in that block that even a teensy error in cutting or 1/4-inch seaming really throws it off. But it's a real pretty block, I thought. Sherry
