I'm off gallivanting around for a few days leaving my stash and sewing machine collection unguarded. the main stash is on the attic landing (Please leave the large bits of batik as they are for a commission) and the chocolate is on top of the fridge.

if you *have* to raid please clean the house before you leave - there is a mountain of wash that needs folding and a lot of dusting I try to avoid (saves on allergy attacks if I leave it undisturbed LOL) and I'm sure you will find other things to do as well ;-)

oh and don't forget to change the sheets after sleeping in my bed ;-)

thanks so much!

So much work to do for a stash raid. You're no fun! lol Have fun gallivanting around and don't forget to stay out of trouble! lol

Howdy!

sheesh, you sure know how to take the fun out of a stash raid. Thanks, but, ... I'll pass on this "opportunity"... .

Ragmop/Sandy--Casual Housekeeper, handquilter ;-D p.s. Have a good time, Jess!

Good grief!! I'm guessing that I couldn't convince anyone to help me stash raid if we have to clean huse, too. Drat. Have a good gallivant, & see you when you get back.

I can't think of a better way to keep stash raiders away ;-)

I *think* I stayed out of trouble but I *know* I had FUN!

well the treat of unfolded wash with the danger of ironing was enough to keep any stash raiders away and is a lot easier then laying traps and tidying them up again afterwards hehehe

I have been taking notes ;-)

I feel reborn and I was only away for 3 nights!

well... since my stash is mainly made of FQ's and what your average large stash American would call scraps I certainly *did* want to stash raiders to pass me by :-)

I too am a casual housekeeper so I was kind of hoping a cleaning goddess would take pity and do some cleaning magic

Fun was indeed had by all :-D

then my mission was accomplished :-D

I had a great gallivant :-D
