Another One Sheet Wonder

I made some "We've Moved" cards for a friend that is moving this summer. I used a large sunflower stamp and was afraid after the sheet was sliced up it wouldn't look so good. I think they turned out great! I took the pictures with my son's new camera, so they aren't the greatest as I don't know how to use his camera. You'll get a good idea of what they look like though.

Got me to thinking it might be fun to have a "One Sheet Wonder" swap. Have each person pick a sentiment like "Thinking of You", "Happy Birthday", or "Thank You" for examples and make 10 cards. Then depending on whether there were say 5 in the swap or 10 you'd get 2 of each design or 1 of each design.

The new cards are in my cards album.

I'm in for the swap!! I love your cards Lynne! They look wonderful. I tried the OSW and didn't have such good luck. Think it was the person doing the cards! LOL (that would be me) I'd like to try again....do you use 12x12 or 81/2x11?

haha yes it can be tricky, but it's also easy. If I can get 2 more people interested I'll walk everyone through the pattern for cutting and examples of how the cards should basically look. I have to admit every time I stamp a pattern I think it's not going to look good. Then I start making the cards and the turn out so nice.

I would be interested in a swap to do something like those. Maybe that would help pull me out of my rut. I received a batch of cards from Arlene couple years ago that were simialar and loved them.

If you do a swap, would you require a specific stamp?
