Another Question

My wife is making two identical scrapbooks, one for herself and one for her brother. She wants to identify them with a notation "Created by Maurinda Lummus". She does NOT want to make scrapbooks for just anybody, but she is planning to do several for gifts to other family members. We have had a couple discussions wheter she should 'sign' them. Do you guys (and gals) do that? I know I do somme painting on canvas and I sign my work like most other artist; but can't say if that is accepted in the scrapbook world. help

I agree with Mindi & Renee:>)

I would put a personal but formal letter in the front signed with my full name & date. Then I would put my full initials in the corner of each page, or some place just to identify it as my work, just incase they put something else in the book that wasn't done by me.

Just a thought:>)

Fred, On the inside cover wherethere are lines for identifying the album,I sign my gift albums...ie made by sabrina for whoever and date it. Then I draw this little old lady face with glasses and white hair . LOL My friends all like it so I guess it is cool to sign your work. I sign my pp and my recipe pages, too.

absolutely! :) I cross stitch in addition to my scrapping and I TRY to remember to date anything I do as well as my initials. (sms 200X for stitching)
