I havebought quite a bit from them without any problem although I'm not thrilledthat they just raised their flat shipping rate by a dollar. I had to waitfor the Coloriser to be restocked but it was worth the short wait, theirprices and sales are the best I have ever seen. I'm not sure why the emailbounced, maybe you can try and resend it.> --
