You asked me about some store names and adresses in the Netherlands where you can buy "scrap stuff". Well it depends a little on where exactly you will be going. And before I forget: in the Netherlands most stores open on Mondays at 1.00pm (apart from large grocery stores/supermarkets).
My old time favorite is a store in Breukelen, a small village in the province of Utrecht. There I discovered "de Hobbytheek". So far, I haven't found a craft store with a wider range of all kind of craft goodies than this one.

Since I don't know if "de Hobbytheek" accepts any credit cards, I suggest you take enough Euros with you! [LOL] Or you might pay by using your bank card and what they call here in Holland your "Personal Identification Number" (the digit code you type in when you withdray money from your account via an ATM).
Another option for shopping for your craft supplies is the chain of craft stores, called "Pipoos". The Pipoos stores can be found though Holland, but below I will give you the adresses of Pipoos stores in some of the larger cities.
