computerized die cut machines?

Does anyone have any knowledge of computerized die cutting machines? I am very intrigued by them and would like to know more. I have seen reviews of the Wishblade and a machine which is new to the market called Craftrobo. Does anyone know of others or of these. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. God Bless, Dorothy in NY

I've don't know anyone who has one but I've looked at the wishblade. The difference in price between this and the craftrobo is unbelievable. 540.00 for the Wishblade compared to over 900.00 for the other...........wow

I have heard that there are two levels of wishblade and that it is worth buying the more expensive one as it will accept all sorts of fonts and images. You might want to look out for that, if you are considering it. Having to buy custom cassettes etc for a system can be very expensive.

its the other way around.. craft robo is cheaper... there is only one seller in the US right now but they are looking to expand soon... just a matter of time... craft robo is only about 600.

I have the Wishblade and absolutely love it! I have the advanced as you can't trace and use any .ttf fonts with just the basic. It's come down a lot in price from when I got it. The customer service is excellent. There are two Yahoo Groups that I am on and know of for the Wishblade. Wishblade and Wishblade Cafe. The members on both groups are exceptional when it comes to help, making a file for someone, etc.

Thanks for letting us know, Jo-Anne. What have you used yours for? Do you have LO or projects that we can look at that use items you made with your wishblade?

I use it for everything lol. I make titles, die cuts, templates, etc. I make a lot of titles and such for people and custom die cuts. I don't have anything uploaded anywhere at the moment.
