>I am an unsatisfied customer and really disappointed. I purchased 150 pcs.
Asst/Resin aphabet beads style 28412 - assuming there would be all the letters in the bag --- only to find out the letter "H" is missing. Now how am I to complete my scrapbook page of my new granddaughter? - which by the way was laid out with the "beads" as the focal point - without the letter "H" when her name is Elizabeth. I don't suppose you would consider sending me an H?
>It appears a "heart" has been substituted for this letter - yet the label
stapling the bag together does not indicate that this be the case.
>A reply to this email would be appreciated --- I will then reply with my snail
mail address.
>Thank you
