I was searching around on the web with hubby and I found a site that does C-Band news. We are one of few americans that are still holding onto our big 8ft dish. Last year in order to get DIY or Food Network I had to pay about $200 for the year to get it thru NPS Satelite Service. Well we have found many offers to go to the little dish but as long as the big one is still working we will stick with it for sure one more year. I do miss the CBC and can't find it anywhere although some say it is on FI satelite but we can't find it.
Well I guess to the point is that We found out our DIY and FN include several fox sports that of are NO interest to us but yet in a digital package to get what we want. We found another company that will get us DIY, FN, anf HGTV for less then half for the year. I called and it was $59.99 for the yr. I am definatley changeing. If you are wanting it and on the big dish then it is 1-800-432-8876. I didn't catch the name. My renewal had already been sent in for the other at $169.66, but i called and canceled and requested a refund since my service doesn't even start till the end of the month. Don't know if you can have this on small dish but I heard it is in the big 180 package for $49.99 a month.
