Hoping for help

Hello all,

Excuse me barging in, I am hoping you experts can help.

I am the Network Manager for Kaqoo. We are introducing an "Arts & Crafts" > "Scrapbooking" category and I wish to know which sub- categories I should place into the category.

I am sure many of you buy or sell online and have an idea of what is and isn't needed. Are there categories you would love to see but have never seen? Some that should not be included?

You can see the category here if it helps visualise it better:

Thank you all for your help. This is what I have at the moment:

Adhesives Albums Brads/Buttons/Eyelets Chipboard Die Cuts Embellishments Kits Papers > Patterned | Textured | Vellum Ribbon/Fiber Stickers/Rubons Storage and Totes Tools

So some have gone into sub-categories. The one I am having difficuly with is "Pre-Made LO Pages" and "kits & pre-made lo pages". As you can tell I have no idea what these are! Should these be combined into another category (Kits?) or should they be a category to themself. Curiosity, what is LO Pages?

Again thank you all for your help up to now.

LO stands for "Layout". We scrapbookers call our finished pages layouts, and some people make 'pre-made' pages up and leave spaces for someone elses pictures on the pages, in hopes that someone will buy them for their own personal use. Kits are just that. Kits are packages put together that may contain coordinated scrapbooking elements such as paper, embellishments, tags, ribbons..etc. so that someone may put together their own page in their own style using those elements. Hope this helps! Linda

Should these be in main or sub-categories do you think? 'Punches' under "Tools" perhaps? What about the others?

Sorry for knowing nothing about scrapbooking; it is more involved than I thought. I am very pleased I asked the experts.

They are all used for embellishing a layout page, so I would put them under the main category of "Embellishments".

And yes, I think punches would fit under tools if you are selling the actual punches themselves--if you are selling, for example, a package of punched shapes (for example, frogs) then that probably should go under embellishments.

OK this is the layout, with sub-categories I have now.

Adhesives | Albums & Scrapbooks | Brads, Buttons & Eyelets | Chipboard | Die Cuts & Cut-Outs | Embellishments | Journalling Blocks | Punched Shapes | Stickers & Rub- ons | Tags | Title Bars Kits | Papers | Patterned | Textured | Vellum Pre-Made LO Pages | Ribbon & Fiber | Storage and Totes | Tools

I am going to go with this for now, I am sure when someone deides to open their own store with us that I will be customizing the categories for them!

Thank you all for your help. For the posters above: if you decide to sell with us, please let me know and my "thank you" will be a $10 credit for use on the site.
