Hi everyone, I have been missing for a couple of weeks while life interfered severely with my leisure time. I started to try and answer posts but feel it is just too big a task to answer them all, so sorry but I have hit the catch up button and will browse later and answer if necessary. I would like to welcome any new members to the group...you have found a great group to share your scrapbooking addictions with. I hope that anyone with health issues are either recovering well or receiving appropriate medical attention....Kenda, her Grandma and Dorothy in NY are in my thoughts particularly. As is Jessie and her family! Powerful health & healing vibes being sent across the pond to you all!!! I am not big on prayer but I am a positive thinker :o) When I have had little time I have looked at people's layouts and the April Challenges, M-C, Deb and Sandy......you all did cracking jobs on the April challenge. I hope that I didn't miss anyone else's Altoids Tin but it runs in my mind that someone did an alternative using bottlecaps on a LO. Was it Jennifer? Sorry if it was someone else's and I have messed up. Anyway, well done to all on their work! Kate...you have made some awesome cards over the last couple of weeks and I particularly liked the Dogwood Tree and the paper folding cards for Mother's Day....very cool and well executed. For those interested.....Mother's Day is passed in the UK it was March....LOL There goes the May challenge for me then .....and Sandy's instructions for the Star Book are great but again they won't work for me without modification. UK paper size is different to the US!!!! I will just have to do the one in my magazine this month.....ROFL Hope to be able to catch up from here on as life has settling down again! Regards, Marilyn

Whew! Glad you are back with us and that you are having a breathing spell. WE do miss you,ya know. I have to confess, my Altoid tin is still in it's original state. I do intend to do one but I am still trying to get an idea. It warms the cockles 'o me heart to see you. ( I have no idea what that means) LOL

Thanks for the welcome back Chrissy....having another play day as it is pouring with rain AGAIN!!!!!! No point in doing dogs when it is wet so......****huge sigh*****...........will just have to play with my paper again.....all day...ROFL

Thanks Kenda :o) Glad to hear that Gandma is on the mend now but sorry to hear that you are still trying to find the answers to your problems. Fingers crossed they find out soon and fix whatever ails you. Health issues are so debilitating! I know, as I have had them all my life and they are no fun. Sometimes they are like crafting and you have to "think outside the box"....LOL

I opt for homeopathy and natural healing which have been more successful that any drugs prescribed by doctors. I only visit in a dire emergency.......my last visit was over seven years ago for kidney stones. After ten months antibiotic treatment, two rounds of lithotripsy (very painful) I still have them.....their answer...keep 'em or lose a kidney...erm......no thanks! Two years homeopathy and my life was almost normal again but I still have intermittent problems, so I take the homeopathy pills for a couple of months and voila....problem improved greatly! That will do for me!!!! Marilyn

I am glad to be back Judy and see an end to all the domestic dramas.....ROFL I was beginning to think there was a conspiracy here to keep me from crafting :o) If there was...it was unsuccessful!!!!

I always try the natural route first, too. I will do the conventional meds, but thats the last resort as far as I'm concerned!
