2008 year end totals

Let's see how I did last year for the crafting angle:

Cards: 28

Digital Layouts: 151

Traditional Layouts: 9

Jewelry: 0

ATC/Altered: 3

Unscrapped Pictures: 196 (arg)

Boy was I in a slump. New resolution, get over the fear of a fight over recycling paper stuff and traditional scrap.

Let's see how I did:

Christmas cards - 43 (which turned out to be just enough!)

Other cards - 127 Includes 3 gift tins (15-20 cards each), cardmaking workshop 17 cards made for church 10 and a bunch of swaps

Layouts - 7

Other crafting (tags, swaps etc) - 4 if you include our new calendar

You can see where all my crafting energies went...

My goal for every year is to make at least one scrapbook page a week. When I went back and checked my past history I see a downhill slide. I think my goal for 2009 will stay the same - one layout a week/four a month/52 for the year. But I hope to get out of the slump I am in. I want my goal to include completing all of the rcs challenges and my monthly Bug Club Scrapbook Group project and challenge every month. I hope I am not sticking my neck out too far on this one. But, it was rather depressing to see that in 2006 I completed 178 LO's, 125 in 2007 and only 58 in 2008.

My totals for 2008 were:

LO's completed - 58 Swaps - 3 Cards - 81 Clipboards - 1 Lunch Pail - 1 Mini Album - 1 Workshops/Classes Taught - 3 Paint can - Altered Items - 1 Lynne's Card Challenge - Jan/10 cards; Feb/8 cards; March/6 cards; April/9 cards; (May/6 - late); June/8 cards; July/5 cards; August/5 cards; October/9 cards; November/6 cards

Those 81 cards count for something too!

I did not keep track of what I made this year! I know I hardly scrapped at all, and I know I made way more cards! Linda

Yeah! The only way I know what I made is because I scan and upload it all into my crafts folder... so I could go back and count!

I had to go back and look at my slideshows. I need to keep better track of things that I do and I need to account for refurbishing furniture too since I seem to be doing that more and more. LOL. I have shelves drying as I type.

Sandy, I really like the list you have. I am going to start keeping one of those updated. Congrats on getting so many cards and altered things done. Kate, Congrats on 151 DLO! That is awesome. Everyone did a ton of cards. Karen, you made cards like there was no tomorrow. lol.

Here is Mine:

LO's completed - 15 Swaps - I can't remember if I did a swap or not but I think I did. Cards - 71 FIle Folder - 1

Not much at all. I hope to get more done this year. Now that I am settled and things are not in totes. I finally bought some storage from Michael's so now I can find things I am looking for. lol.

Crystal, I have a notepad with my scrapbook supplies that I use to keep track. I then transfer the totals to my e-mail signature that I use for the newsgroup so I am up to date.

That is a great idea. I just got a small notebook as part of a gift. It will work perfectly. Thanks
