I spent all weekend cleaning!

Hey sounds like you had a great weekend:>)

Were you surprised at what you found? Get lots of new great ideas? If so, then just think of it as a shopping spree that didn't cost you a thing!:>)

LOL Should have read through the messages before I answered your original post!(LOL)

Glad to see we share the same logic though:>)

good for you, I have been working on my pantry. I'm getting rid of all bags and boxes and storing everything in stackable plastic storage containers with labels that I am making in my zyron. Made a new spice rack too with baby food jars and zyron labels.

Oh - I didn't say anything about the house!

Renee >Wow! Awesome job! I can barely get my house clean, let alone

Yep! It was sort of neat to see all the things I forgot I had!

Good Grief Woman! You are industrious! Sounds pretty neat. Wanna come visit me for a while? ;-)

I sure can appreciate it. I think I spend more time sorting and filing and cleaning than I do scrapping. This just tells me, that I have way to much stuff. I know how great you feel when it is all done though. My room has been cleaned and sorted more than a few times. Little by little things are getting done. Congratulations on your improvements. I love Fly lady. She sure helps me get going. I just spent 3 days decluttering my kitchen, dining, living, hall and bathroom. I started at the back door and made myself clean an area 3 foot wide from floor to ceiling. First the door, then the frigerator, then the counter. It was a mess. I turned around to see how bad the rest of the kitchen looked and I almost quit. Then I told myself, All you have to clean is this one little 3 foot spot. I finished that one spot and started on the next 3 foot. I was amazed at how fast and how easy it was to finish all the rooms and actually enjoyed doing it. :) Connie K

Good for you. I am finding that decluttering is making me very happy. Connie K

Thanks for the congrats! It really does feel good. I too am really going to try hard to use what I already have before buying anything else. I have been doing this some, but I broke-down and bought two loads worth in the last month or two so I have to buckle back down. Honestly - its not the issue of shopping or the money spent, its that I am constantly buying and NEVER using it. I'm trying to "clean" my act up! ;-)
