Well I get excited about going to shop for scrapbook supplies so I went out and bought the items on the list for my Message in a Bottle person! I just mailed it! It is on it's way to ... cant tell :)
I wrapped the items inside and I used clear packing tape for the opening I made, I glued the lid on tight and of course took the coke label off. I did NOT wrap the outside of the bottle, I addressed it with a tag inside that is clear to read and sent it! The post office lady said no problem and that last year she had someone send a big plastic ball (like the ones you see in the super-market "cage") with her "letter" written all over the outside of it. It was sent to her child at camp like that! So at least my post office is easy going.
This was fun and I cant wait to see what mine will bring!
