Adorable mini album I found on ebay quite by accident searching for something completely different. Lots of pictures to oogle. Lynne

That's awesome! I wonder how they did the album. Or am I the only clueless one today. LOL

That is adorable! Did you look at any of her other things? The one with the three stackable photo cubes is a really cool idea.

Neat. I just made 2 'albums' like this for Maya's 6th birthday! I need to sit down and take pics of them to share. :-)

Looks like they accordion folded 4x4 squares and made them into the box for this project.

I did something a little similar with Maya's birthday cubes-- first I took 12 x 12 cardstock, measured it in 4" intervals on each side, scored and folded the sides with a bone folder for crisp folds, then cut 2 lines on each side so you can fold the pages up.

To add body to the cube, I cut 3.5" textured sticker paper in squares and centered them in each square of the full page. Then I cut pictures in 3.25" squares and adhered them with adhesive squares. Added some stickers, embossing, and hand drawn lines and voila! Picture cubes.

I got the idea from someone who was advertising a class on how to make these. Here's a pic they sent in their email:

Actually pretty easy to create, and you can do all sorts of things with it to embellish it, and it doesn't take much time at all! :-) I'm thinking of having Maya's cubes laminated to make it last longer, I think I can get it done at Mardel's or a teacher store or something. Not sure about that yet.
