RE: MINI ACCORDIAN ALBUM

I did my very 1st mini accordian album today as a gift for my daughter's teacher. It was so easy and did not take long at all to do. I found a

*pre-printed* accordian album and all I had to do was add some black & white photos (which I changed to black & white and reduced), buttons, magic mesh, tags, metal embellishments, vellum dictionary phrase, brads, woven fabric, twistel, & rub-ons. For an envleope I used a tiny file folder which I distressed and added a button to the front and my daughter's handwriting on it. We are going to add a Starbucks giftcard to the front pocket. Please forgive the quality of the photos as I have to use my daughter's cheapie digital camera. It is in my webshots account under "MINI ACCORDIAN ALBUM".

Amy....you did a great job. I just love it and I am sure your daughter's teacher will truly appreciate it.

She will love it Amy! Beautiful job!

What a wonderful little book! I've been dying to try distressing some things but I've been afraid of messing it up. And now that I think about it, it's supposed to look messed up isn't it? LOL Great work!

Melissa....look at Sandy's work. She is the queen of distressing here and has made some fabulous LO with the distressed look.....LOL I have included a link to Sandy's webshots below:

Looks great, Amy. I'm working on a paperbag album for my DS's teacher. I may use some of your ideas. Hope you don't mind. Sandy

WOW Amy I love your style. Do you ever feel like something is too good to give away?

Lynne

Very pretty Amy. I am sure that the teacher will think it is really sweet! I bought that one too but haven't used it!
