I would really like some scrapbooking things. I am a relative newbie...I have one shaker, but no other real embellishments.

I love to read, especially romance novels (the really trashy kind ).

I also like jewelry. I like dainty more than big chunky jewelry. I especially like charm type bracelets.

I hope that helps my Secret Santa. I am not a picky person. I love all types of things :).

Hello,

I don't want to sound like a whiney pill, but I'd like to know I have a Secret Santa. I haven't heard from her and she may have some wonderful plan brewing, but I'm one of these people who fall through the cracks. I can't tell you how many times my name doesn't end up on lists, appointments are forgotten etc.

My interests are... I love gingerbread men, very convenient for this time of year. Something scrapbooking would be nice in the embellishment area. I have eyelets, glitter, and rubber stamps and that's about all I do right now. "How to" books are big with me. I recently got a "How to make shakers". I know some things seem easy to do, but I like having a book to show me how and then I'll branch out from there. I have really long hair I'm always looking for something interesting to pin my hair up with.

All the best, Lynne qoe at earthlink dot net (queen of everything) haha

Hmmm... lets see...eyelets, shaped eyelets, sizziz things, die cuts, paper, stickers, Punches, Punchies (Love punchies), Templates, Baby items, christmas items :) Any kind of embellishments. I would have to say that Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love to read and cross stitch also. There's probably a lot more that I haven't listed but I'm not a picky person. I also love to be suprised with things too :) I also love getting things from different states and countries. I hope that this helps my Secret Santa out a little bit.

Thank you Shelley. I've been overlooked twice this month and I wonder sometimes am I invisible. Did anyone hear me talking... I felt my lips moving. :) My daughter's teacher said she was "not at grade level" in reading and math and that I could have a conference with her at any time to discuss how to best help her. I gave her 4 days in a 2 week period that my husband had off from work. She couldn't do any of them and put us off another 3 weeks. Yeah my daughter must really need help. Then we go in for the conference and she's forgotten all about it and can't do it. Mind you my husband turned down work that day for a $100 bonus to make this conference. Grrrr! Then yesterday I find out that several of my girlfriends are going to the movies. Each one thought the other was going to call me and see if I could come. Since I hadn't said I was coming (Duh didn't know about it) one of them called to see if I could baby-sit for them so they could go out. HOW TACKY IS THAT! So, was feeling kind of down. Fortunately, the daughter is really cute and my kids love visiting with her so I said yes. Figured it's not the kids fault that mom is an idiot.

Anyhow Sierra comes in from outside she was helping my kids rake leaves. She says, "Erik says I'm a good person." I said, "You are a good person. I'm glad you're our friend." Sierra says, "I'm glad I'm YOUR friend too." Now I'm all cheered up. Nothing better than a warm fuzzy from a child.

I'm really not picky. I love all kind of scrapbooking things, stamping things, beads for making jewelry, etc. Most of my scrapbooking is for my grandson, so it's horse shows, wheelchair basketball and sled hockey. I really like the pretty, frilly sb things but don't get much chance to use them. I am planning a heritage album but haven't gotten there yet. I planned to have it done by

2002. Ha! I do 8 1/2 X 11 pages. Peggy
