Feb. Challenge done...woohoo!

I did it! I'm proud of myself, too. It's in Jordan's album, the one called "just like Daddy". I've been wanting to do a LO using these two pics, and finally just did it. When I saw Sandy's "All Stars" LO today, I knew what I was going to do! (Thank you Sandy for the inspiration!) The clips on the photos both say "cherish". In the layout, I used....

SU cardstock (Certainly Celery & Buckaroo Blue) DCWV Neutrals textured cardstock Georgia Pacific white cardstock (I used a couple scraps to put the "just" and "like" on so they would be seen on the title block) MME "Everyday Tango" patterned paper (the two striped patterns) Carolees paper (a scrap I had in the stash, I had to peak at the back of another LO to see where it was from LOL) SU Black Journaling Marker Zig pen ABC rub-ons, brand/company unknown Dress It up "Memory Mates" FloraCraft Clipper + Clips (a new toy DH bought me on Saturday!) Phrase Cafe epoxy stickers Michaels ribbon Hobby Lobby ribbon Bazzil brads American Crafts brads Fastenator bars (Slots) Scrapworks "alphadotz" plain bottlecap (Kenda gave me some a while back and I'm still using them LOL)

Whew! Now to clean up my little mess and figure out some supper for this hungry crew running around here.

You are very welcome, Deb. I'm glad to have inspired you. The LO looks great. I can't believe you can keep track of your stash like that. My biggest problem with the challenge is that I open my packages and sort my embellishemnts and supplies into bins and storage boxes. Then I have no idea who made it or where it came from. Sandy

Congrats on getting your page done. It sounds like a wonderful page, unfourtantly I still can't view your album. :(

Most of my stash is still in their original packages and in plastic drawers or plastic boxes, etc. If it hadn't been for that, I would have been in trouble knowing where things came from! LOL The scrap of Carolee's paper was from two other LO's. Luckily, I was able to take a peek at an edge on one of the LO's and find

Whew! LOL However, that site is no longer available, which probably means the paper isn't available either.

*grumble grumble* Why can't Verizon and Yahoo photos just get along? LOL I did an invite from my photo page to your email. Hopefully that works!

Thanks Jacqui! The two are so much alike it's almost scary. Of course, it does mean that the two butt heads sometimes. LOL I wasn't sure it was all going to come together, but I was pleased with the result, too.

Deb, your LO is awesome! I'm glad you used the FloraCraft Clipper. I really wanted to see what that was. It is a cute LO design. I like the tag journals. Every time I see it I love the look but never think to do it on my own LO. LOL!

Thanks for sharing. :-)

Great page Deb. I like the circle and the tags tucked behind the paper. I need to get busy on mine!

Thanks Amy! DH picked up the FloraCraft Clipper thingie at Wal Mart, on the scrapbooking aisle. I've seen it several times and it's always intrigued me, just never got it. It's a cute and nifty little thing! I do like the fact that the clips can be removed. Makes me feel better about using them, knowing I can take it off if I don't like it.

Thanks Cathy! I have to thank Sandy for the circle/pocket idea, though. :-)
