March Challenge Done!!!

OK, I've completed my March challenge. It's in my 2005 album. I've decided to give Ashley the one that I made a couple of weeks ago with the teddy bears for her birthday... shhhhh, so I had to make another LO with that picture of her and my DS that I love so much for me. Seemed like this would also allow me to try using circles and stripes and lots and lots of eyelets! I may do another March challenge without the pictures for the baby book. It's what I thought of originally, but it is always difficult to do a LO especially for a challenge without pictures! (Now there is a thought!)

I love the wood letters. I'm so glad you gave a description of the technique you use, because I kept looking and looking at them admiringly. The page looks great.

Great pages M-C. I love how you used the brads for the centers of the flowers on the background paper.

Wow M-C...I like these layouts very much and I love you wooden title, so different. It makes me envious when I see how easy it is for you all to get great variety of supplies and soooo cheaply. We are very restricted in comparison.....grrrrh! Love your choice of papers and the colours are so NOW!!!! Great work :o)

OOooooo....I like the wooden letters. You got them at Wal Mart? Hmm...darn, I have to go there this morning. Wouldn't it be a shame if I found some? LOL

Your layout is wonderful, and it sounds like it suits her personaltiy, too. I love all the pink! (DD would, too. LOL) The colors look marvelous with the photos. Are the circles (on pg 2) on either side of the photo die cuts or buckles? They look cute!

Oh it looks wonderful M-C! I love the embelishments on the 2nd page, on the sides of the top photo. Did you make that yourself?

Looks great - love the colors, it just flows together. And the letters that spell Ashley - never would have thought of wood. Sandy

Nope I didn't. They are an AMM sheet with pre-made tags and sayings. They are really beautiful and do save some time.

Thanks everyone for your comments! I looked at the Walmart while in Mesa, AZ and they didn't have the letters that I got here. The ones in Mesa were about the same price but the letters were much thicker and not mounted on op dots. The effect might be similar, but the letters will be twice as heavy!
