Hi.

Roy has been released from the hospital. He is doing better but is just a little achey. His car was totalled. If Elizabeth was in the passenger seat she would have been either killed or severely injured as the whole passenger side of the car was crumpled. Luckily Sarah needed to be fed so Elizabeth and Sarah stayed home.

Elizabeth and I are still going upstate as Roy's mom is flying in from Florida to tend to him. She was coming up anyhow but just pushed her arrival date back a few days.

To make matters worse the idiot WOMAN driver claims Roy was in the wrong and is disputing the issue of her being the cause of the accident. Gee I can't wait to hear her side of it during her deposition -- Roy's car just happened to become lodged under her front end for the heck of it.

I am laughing at the idioticy of it all.

Any how this is the update. Thanks for all your prayers.

Great news concerning Roy. Glad to hear he is out of the hospital. Does it really matter what she says about the accident if she was driving while suspended and DWI? Sandy

Thanks for the update Kate. I am glad to hear that he is out of the hospital, though I know that doesn't necessarily mean that he is really better. Hopefully there won't be any permanent damage and the lady will get her just deserts!
