Hi I did some experimenting tonight with some cards. One is for a friend of mine, and the other for my dad. Just thought I would share!

Thanks for the compliment! I used a pastry bag with a shell (or star) tip in it and swirled it around to cover the top of the cupcake. Then I used a writing tip for the flowers and writing. I really had fun making that cake. She loved it! Linda C

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I am starting to do more cards, since they are quicker projects to complete, than a whole LO when I need a 'crafting fix'. For the wood look, I cut up a piece of 8.5X11 photographed wood paper. My dad loves to craft with wood, and builds things in his wood shop. Linda C
