New Digital Layouts

May 23, 2007 9 Replies

Hi!!!

When I was on a work trip in April I had some free time one evening. I was able to finish three digi pages in a couple of hours. I would have never done them so quickly if I was using paper. They are the last three pages in my digital layout album. I am still a novice at digi layouts but I think I am getting a little better.

Some of you may recognize the people in the photos... They are from RCS barn trip last year.

Great pages Tammy!

Question, I recently downloaded a free digital kit but my question (a silly question) is how do I interest the pictures and embellishments. There are some great digital kits out there. The funny thing is I have pictures I want to scrap but couldn't find the right colored paper or embellishments and the kit I downloaded is perfect. Any help you can give me would be greatly apprecitated. I downloaded it from (if that helps)

I downloaded the lucky stars file. Chrissy

I may be able to help you but I am not quite sure what you are asking.

Your layouts are very nice. Did you use Lifetimez?

Great LO's Tammy. Love all of the colors. Are you planning to do a photo book of the barn trip when you get all of the LO's done? I'm still not able to get into the digi scrapbooking. When I sit down at the computer too many other projects call me. Seems like for now, I can only get scrapping done at a crop. At home there are too amny distractions, especially the tv. I don't watch it and when it is on I have trouble concentrating because of the background noise. I really need to move it out of the office, but DS likes to be in there with me when I work.

Tammy the pages look great!! Are you using a particular program?

Chrissy,

Thanks so much! You will need a software to use the downloads. Since I am a TLC consultant I am using the Lifetimez software but there are many different software packages availalbe. Adobe Photo shop came with my camera which is also good for digital layouts. I will search around tonight to see if I can find an article for you on all the types of software!

Hi, Sandy.

Thanks. I am planning on printing them all out 6x6 and including them with all of our swap pages we did. I need to get a few more pictures on pages then I will be ready to print. I can't wait to finish the album.

I can relate to your issue with digi scrapping on the computer at home. If my husband isn't on the computer then I am on checking out Rcs or something else. I have only digi scrapbooked when I am traveling for work. LOL! I am little better with paper scrapping while at home but not much.
