New layouts up!!

Guess what I did Friday night and most of Saturday??? SCRAP!!!!!! Oh gosh, it felt good to spend all that time scrapping. Oh, I also did an altered CD for my upcoming stamp camp. But there's 8 new pages up on my yahoo page, in Bagheera's album. I'm finding myself doing his layouts a lot more simple than what I usually do. I'm not sure if it's the lack of photos, the sprial album, or what. LOL

I also uploaded the layout for Pee Wee that I sent to Sabrina, along with the very pretty thank you card she sent with the photo of the layout. They're in the RCS album.

I love your layouts Deb. The Pee Wee one for Sabrina is so cute. I have lots of cat pictures that need to be scrapped. You have given me some good ideas for pages.

The Pee Wee layout is really cute. I love the paw prints in the background. It looks like the cat added something to the layout itselfe.

I have another question concerning you layouts: Didn't you want to upload the layouts you made for your parents album earlier this year or did I already miss them?

Very nice. I've been looking at your albums. You've done some really beautiful LO's.

Thanks Cathy, glad I could give someone some ideas. Unfortunately, Bagheera didn't exactly like his picture being taken. Camera shy? But it's ok, because I have many more memories of him that I don't need photos for.

Thanks Susanne. The paw prints were actually an afterthought. LOL I put it all together, and realized that some pawprints going up that side would look good. So I grabbed my paw print stamp and away I went!

Oh yeah...that album! LOL Don't ask me how I forgot about that album. But thank you for the reminder!

Thanks Judy. I had a blast doing all that scrapping. I'm hoping I can get Bagheera's album done by November 9....the day we had to have him put to sleep.

Awww...thanks Lynne. Although, compared to the layouts I see coming from all of you, I think mine fall real short of beautiful.

Thanks Sandy. I believe I found the pawprint stamp at Wal Mart...I think. If it wasn't Wal Mart, it was Hobby Lobby or Michaels. It's been a few years. I happened to be browsing the stamps, at whereever I bought it, and happened to find this one...and it actually looks like a cat's paw print! I was very impressed, since all I usually saw were puppy prints.

Hi Deb! I liked your cat album! We used to have a cat that very much resembled yours. She was all black and her name was Rambo..(short for rambunctious, and the fact that back then I was a Sly Stone fan) The name just stuck..lol We had her for 15 years, before we had to have her put to sleep. Cats just have the greatest personalities! :-)

Thanks Linda. Bagheera was definately one of a kind, but most cats I know are one of a kind. We had another cat for about a year, named Mooshu. I have a picture of him curled up in the laundry room sink. It wasn't even a big 'ol sink! It was just your normal bathroom-type sink. Then there's the picture of him in the case of bottled water. We had ripped a hole in the plastic to get the bottles out, and after drinking several bottles, we noticed Mooshu in there. I miss having a kitty running around!

I think that your pages are simple and elegant. Thought so when I say them in person today too. It is a nice tribute and a lovely story.
