Who recommended Pierce Overstock? WARNING

I made a order with them 3 weeks ago. i have not received any type of order confirmation, shipping request, etc from them. They charged my cc, which I can not dispute until tomorrow (Monday) and they have not answered any emails to them concerning my order.

This is very aggravating and is the first time I have been burnt shopping on line. They do have a few things at reasonable prices from time to time but their cutomer service and site 'user freindliness' stinks.

Just passing a warning on here so others do not get inhis boat. i realize that there are people who get a bad pass from time to time but telling others ad possibly hurting their bottom line gets business attention!

I couldn't find an address for the company anywhere on their site. When this happened to me with another company, at least I had a physical address and I went to the better business bureau of the state they were in and lodged a complaint. Then I also filed papers with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office. It ahs been a year, but I did get some satisfaction out of filing. Dave you'd better not wait about getting it touch with your credit card company. Sandy

Dave,

The banker in me (by profession) has to answer. Sorry this happened to you. You will need to contact your credit card company as soon as the charge hits your account. What they will do (most credit card companies and banks) is they will put the credit back into your account while they research the problem. If their research comes back stating that you did not receive the product (which in this case there is no question about that) you will be able to keep the credit they put into your account otherwise they will take it back (like I said you don't have to worry about that part). Tell the credit card company that once they do their research you would like an address to the company (which they should get during their research) so you can file a claim with the better business bureau. Any questions email me or post here. Good luck. But once you dispute the charge I don't think you have anything to worry about. Hope that eases your mind some. I know its still fustrating.
