I ordered my DCWV summer paper pack last Saturday and just be advised that you do not receive any confirmation emails from them when the order is placed or shipped. I called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. Just be advised there are other crafters on SplitCoast that are having trouble with their Joanns.com orders. Just a heads up. My paper pack should be here Monday according to the tracking.

I ordered this morning and immediately got a confirmation email as always. I always get a tracking number from them when it ships. Perhaps the emails are getting caught in a spam filter set up by your isp.

No I checked all spam filters and no confirmation email. I didn't expect my order to be processed until at least Monday being I ordered on a Saturday. I gave it until Wednesday and then I called customer service and the person I got was so rude. I explained I didn't get a confirmation email and I would like to confirm my order went through. He said he can't give me any information regarding the order they are not allowed to discuss the details. WHAT!??! I asked is there a problem, he can't discuss it. Finally I got him to say "yes we received the order" okay can you tell me is it in processing no can't discuss that. Can you tell me when it will ship, nope can't discuss that niether. Can you check to see that you have my correct email address on file "I guess so, what is it" I tell him "yeah that's what we have". I asked why didn't I get a confirmation #, "I don't know". I finally was able to get a confirmation #. Then I come home that night from work and I check SCS to see there is another crafter on there who is having the same problem but she placed her order 2 weeks ago and just received notice that all her items are backordered and they canceled her order. This was my first time ordering from them online, so hopefully my item will arrive Monday, fingers crossed. If you haven't had troubles in the past, I won't be to concerned (yet).

That is really strange. I order from JoAnn at least twice a month, sometimes weekly and have never had any problem. Once in awhile something is not in stock but they tell me and they issue you a 15% off coupon code for your next order. Of course it is worthless unless you spend alot of money because I always use a coupon code for free shipping and they only let you use one.
