Digitial Scrapbook Help

I have recently downloaded a digital scrapbook kit (paper and embellishments) but I'm not sure how I interest my pictures onto the paper I downloaded and how do I interest the embellishments. Or do I just have to cut and paste.

Second question: saying I have a picture on my computer that is the size of a 4x6 I want to insert into my digital scrapbook kit but I want the picture to be smaller or larger is this possible. Or when I paste it I have the option to the size the picture.

Sorry to ask silly questions but I'm new to this and I think if I get this digital scrapbooking figured out I will be hooked. LOL!

Feel free to email me at mickey8888 AT verizon DOT com with any help or suggestions. Appreciate it great bunches!!

What software are you using?

what software? All I did was go to a website and download their free kit. Do I need something else?

Yes you need a graphics and/or scrapbooking program in order to use the kits. I would recommend Scrapbook Max to start with because Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop are hard to start with.

Scrapbook Max has a free 30 day trial, everything works except the program will put watermarks on the layout if you want to print it out it until you buy it. At $39.99 it is a steal because it is an excellent program and you will be digi-scrapping right away and they have a community area where you can get help and people freely share additional templates, kits and embellishments.

I use Scrapbook Max, PSP X and PSE to scrap so I can help you if you get one of these programs.
