Here's a few good scrapbook stores in SouthWest Ontario.
Just to let you know, I am a spouse of an avid cardmaker and support her 100%. We often plan our trips around scrapbook stores which I enjoy planning. (Not so much the shopping part.) I know virtually nothing about scrapbookking or cardmaking, and everybody has their own likes and dislikes but I thought I'd post for others what we have found because I've had problems finding good out of town stores. I have listed the stores that have a large selection and the ones my wife has spent the most time in.
Toronto (downtown east side) - Scrapbooks by design - very large
Kitchener - Scrappin Bug
Dundas (near hamilton) - Angelas Crafts - only a little scrapbook stuff, but also have stamps, stencils, quilling, Pergamano, etc. (I think I should be embarrassed I actually know some of these terms.)
London - Stampart (Lots of stamps), Scrapbook Studio, Stamp Shack
Windsor - a couple small ones
