Well it has been a heck of a bad week.
Tuesday: I have a dental cleaning that turns into an all day event (9:30 till 3:30 with a one hour break for lunch). They prep 4 teeth for crowns and decide they can't do the 5th, so send me to a specialist on Wednesday. I've had to take 4 antibiotic pills before the cleaning because of my knee replacement.
Wednesday: I'd already scheduled my annual medical check up, you know the one we don't particularly like, so I have that done at 8:30 am and the root canal done at 1:30 pm. I have to take 4 more antibiotic pills one hour before the proceedure.
Thursday: I'm not feeling well, but Rick needs new pants for a presentation he is doing in the morning. So around 6:30 pm I take off and go to Wallmart. I find and PAY for 2 pairs of pants, Rick is hard to fit and they didn't have the ones I really wanted, so I decide to go to the other Walmart in our area. I finally find the pants and go to the register. No wallet!!!! I obvously had it when I left the first Walmart and it's fits really tightly in my purse, so it probably didn't drop out. I retrace my steps after checking the car, just in case, then go to customer service. My wallet has not been turned in. I call the first Walmart, they haven't gotten it either. I'm soaking wet from a huge rainfall that hit as I was searching the car and go home. I now have to cancel all my cards, order a new driver's license and registration, and put a credit watch in at the 3 credit bureaus. Way to much fun.
Friday: I wake up with a low grade fever, a very sore mouth (worse than yesterday and still looking like I got slugged. I was going to go to an all day crop tomorrow, but I don't want to explain to everyone that I am not an abused woman! I get an emergency appointment at the dentist... have I mentionned that I am scared to death of the dentist, so much so that I cried in the chair from nerves and pain on Tuesday? So I am now on pain killers and an antibiotic. I would hate to have my knee get infected as that would mean they would have to go in and start all over again.
Hopefully that's it for the mahem! I'm not sure I can take anymore... then again, I have another dental appoinment on Tuesday to prepare the tooth that just had the root canal for it's crown! Does anyone have a rock I can hide under?????
