OT - Furbaby Prayers needed

THANK YOU to all of you for contributing your warm wishes.

She is not 100% out of the woods, the biopsy takes a few days, and will be the final indicator as to what is wrong.

However, they suspect "Fatty Liver Disease" which is treatable and recoverable in many cats. SO, she is spending the weekend in the hospital with the vets who will take excellent care of her, and then I will have to feed her through a tube for a few weeks. So - please keep up the positive thinking and support. YOu all are the BEST!

And prayers to everyone else out there who needs them.

Thanks again to all of your good wishes.

My sweet baby is home, but not out of the woods yet. She had a blood transfusion the other day, and will need to be fed through a tube for several weeks, several times a day. I am trying to get friends and neighbors to help in that effort so I can minimize time off work.

It's a bit overwhelming, but at this point, I can't give up.

So, please keep thinking positive thoughts.

Thanks Kenda!

We still have a long ways to go - it can take several weeks to recover. The good news is she does not have cancer, and that this is a curable disease, so it's a bit like having an infant, with 2 am feedings and bodily fluids involved. :)
