I left Friday morning to go to south Texas. Of course Darrell and I called our FAVORITE house sitter to come watch over things...yes, DAVE!!!! Thanks Dave!!!. Got to my sis's Friday night about 11pm. Rain from Ft worth to Her place. I passed my exit 2 times in ft Worth. I hate when it is raining and bumper to bumper traffic (3pm-7pm Friday night....lol). Well Saturday got up and went to Lufkin to visit a high school frined of Darrell's and a internet friend of mine. Mine was out, his was there. Stopped at BIG LOTS in Lufkin and got some more papers, embellishments, vellum, and yarn fibers!. A few surprises for Dave too....hehehehehe. Came back to Lovelady that evening and my sis wanted me to party and drink with her and I told her I would rather be at home with HER kids and watching tv and talking. She came home about 1 hour later mad, but she was home safe I say!. Sunday got up at 5am(baby Zen was my alarm clock!) and headed to Livingston to see my dad. Finished there about 10:30am and headed off to Huntsville to eat, then on to Austin. Get to Austin and hwy 290 verging into 183N there was one hotel and you had to get off the exit before it. Finally I saw an HEB and decided to get off... Well my lucky day... we found a best western to stay at. I called the baby's birth mom and told her to come. They showed up and visited a little bit. Then about midnight we had a few more visiters to see Zen. All clear by 2 am we went to sleep. The baby alrm went off at 630 and no sleep after that we packed up, and I had to go around the corner to a place called "scrapbook crossing".... spent almost $100 there and got me some goodies. We then headed home and got home about 830pm Monday night. Well get home and come to find out spring break was NEXT week. Good thing we came home then!.... My son will have to make up Friday and Monday at school. Ok now what next is going to go wrong!!!.lol
