We haven't heard yet about the co-op but the area that is now the office just off the kitchen Larry says I can have as my craft area should we get the co-op.

Woohoo, your own space!! I was so happy when we moved in our current house and had an extra space I could use for my hobby room instead of having stuff all over the house. Although now that Maya is older and loves to be creative, I *still* find my stuff all over the house, LOL, much to my husband's dismay. ;-)
