As you know we are trying to figure out if we can offer on a co-op and I want to know if anyone is able to read a budget that i just created and see if it is a doable proposition.

Hi All,
Never mind our banker just called and said that I had a figure wrong and we adjusted the spreadsheet and it looks like we can afford the house and the occassional sticker or movie out as well.
Off to call Uncle Ralph to have him draft an offer.
