Does anyone know of where I can obtain rolls or oversized sheets of orange vellum (or similarly textured paper)? I can only locate rolls in white and the largest sheets are 12x12 inches. I would prefer a roll of vellum, but would also be able to use sheets that measure at least 24x24 inches.

Two suggestions. (1) Try contacting the suppliers that have the 12x12 sheets in orange & see if they can/will tell you where they get it from. (2) Try contacting local printers in your area that might be likely to print on vellum & ask if they can help you or can put you in touch with their supplier.
