Paper Folding, Make a shirt

I use to be active in my Churches prison ministry. I was given a picture frame, necklace and baby booties that were made out of dozens of single size foil potato chip bags. It certainly takes talent to be able to turn paper or trash into something neat. It also takes time.........something I never seem to have enough of it.
