Pearlized...

I saw on a website once where a die cut was chalked and then the person applied a dab of something from a tube that made the die cut look pearlized. Does anyone know of anything like that?

Nothing is coming to mind. I know of Lumiere that's used with Pearl Ex powders and the Lumiere has a pearly finish to it. But it's not in a tube, as far as I know. I've only seen it in a bottle.

I have finally found the website that I saw it used on. What she used is called Daler-Rowney's Pearlescent Tinting Medium but it seems to be only available in the UK.

This is the medium you want

(watch the wrap) Seems it is also termed System3 Pearlescent Tinting Medium but it is by Daler-Rowney. I Googled to find a link for you :o) HTH

Thanks, I ordered it from Mr. Art because the link you gave had a $25 minimum and I only need 1 tube ;o)

Glad you managed to get it . I didn't check the ordering terms on the link I gave but did note that it almost half the price we pay in the UK. Go figure!!!! I think I will try and buy it locally and save on the p&p....we have a nice little art shop in town which should have it :o)
