I wrote to the ladies of the croppintrain.com website and she said they are finalizing the details for the NOVEMBER RETREAT in Rodgers, AR. She said they should have registration open by the 15th of MAY. That is next Friday. I will be going for sure. I am hoping several of you gals will sign up and we can meet for this one!!!!



Sure hope we can have a group of several of us there....it has been awhile since we all met! I have been to the retreat put on by these ladies and it is well worth it!!



If things go great it will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Rodgers AR. , The scrapbook room is right downstairs across the atrium, and we eat just outside the scrap area.

Seriously..is anyone even remotely interested in going to this? I looked at the website, and for the price, I think it is a great deal! Plus we have Aprils seal of approval! :-) I emailed them and they said it was a $50 deposit with the rest to be paid by November. The specific plans wont be ready until the 15th of May. I think it would be a great idea if we could get together for this. I am going to talk it over with my DH and see if it will be possible to go. It's an approximate 8-9 hour drive for me from Illinois, but I think it would be easier for me to drive and cheaper than flying and paying extra for scrapping luggage! Think about it!! :-)

I checked and our mileage is about the same, and our path intersects in IL at I-64 and I-255. If we could figure a way to meet, leave a vehicle in a safe place and go together I would be interested. Shannon and Tam come from up your way, maybe they would also be interested. Isn't there also a member in Southern Illinois?

I think it sounds like a great idea.

Sandy that would be a great idea. I'm not sure who is in Southern Illinois. Tammy and I are from Danville. Tammy? Shannon? Anybody else maybe interested in going? What about those who are already in Arkansas? :-) Linda

I would love to come to the retreat... in Rogers. However, at this moment, I still have to wait to see what, when, and where we will be... Still no job yet.. I might just have to come and meet you all for a meal or something if we are still here...
