I experimented last night and made my own glimmer mist. so far I think it looks pretty cool. forgot to check it this morning to see what it looks like but lastnight it looked really good.
I went to Walmart and got some small travel bottles of hairspray. Just so happened to be Dove in 2 oz spray bottle. I added about 1/4 t +/- of Pearl Ex powdered pigments and shook real good. I sprayed it on my paper and got impatient for it to dry so I used my embossing heat gun. Looked very pretty. Can't wait to try other colors. The one I made was blue. The recipes/directions I read said to put some liquid watercolor or reinker but I didn't have any of that. I kinda liked the color with just the powdered pigments.
Anybody else tried this? What was your results?
