This is the official call for participation in the RCS Scrap Box Swap.
What is the Scrap Box Swap? The scrap box is designed to allow us to exchange NEW or LIKE NEW scrapbook supplies that are currently in our stash for items of similar value that are in the box. Damaged items, tattered paper and partial sheets of stickers are NOT appropriate for being placed in the scrap box. Please be courteous when making your exchanges since there will be several participants on the list and everyone would like to find something wonderful that they can use in the box.
To reduce the postage expense and to keep the scrap box moving, I may split the contents into two boxes. Box should be shipped via Insured US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or by some other trackable means with insurance. This swap is for residents within the US only due to the cost of postage for mailing outside the US.
To be eligible to participate you should be a regular participant in the group (2-3 posts per week) for a minimum of three months.
What information do you need to send me when you sign up for the swap?
First and Last Name Snail Mail Address Telephone number (home, work and cell preferred. Please note that I am the only person that will have this information and it will only be used in the even we lose track of the box.)

Registration must be sent to my personal email address, not posted to the group. I will acknowledge receipt of your request to participate. Deadline to sign up is Friday Nov. 19, 2004 5 pm EST.
